Certified 120-Minute Fire Defense

The BFX6636 provides industry-leading thermal protection, independently certified by Intertek for 120 minutes of fire resistance at 1200°F. This performance is achieved through the use of proprietary DryLight® concrete insulation, a seamless poured barrier that eliminates air gaps found in traditional drywall safes. The defense is reinforced by a dual-seal system, including a high-temperature silicone seal and an intumescent Palusol® heat-expanding seal that creates an airtight barrier to block heat, smoke, and flames from entering the safe.
